Labour seeks urgent meeting of party leaders over expenses
The Labour leader Eamon Gilmore is seeking an urgent meeting of all party leaders to discuss the controversy surrounding the Ceann Comhairle's expenses.
Deputy O'Donoghue placed a record of his accounts since he took over the office of Ceann Comhairle in the Dail library on Friday.
It detailed €90,000 in foreign travel costs, and follows revelations that Deputy O'Donoghue ran up bills of up to €500,000 while he was Minister for Arts, Sports and Tourism.
