Charity concerned about job losses and govt cuts

The homeless charity Focus Ireland has expressed concern that job losses and government cutbacks could make it more difficult for many people to keep a roof over their heads.

The organisation says it was contacted by more than 4,000 people in the first half of this year, compared to 5,500 throughout all of 2008.
