Dissidents hijack cars in Co Armagh

Police in the North are investigating another night of disturbances in Co Armagh.

At around 9.30pm six armed masked men hijacked a car at the Drumbeg roundabout in Craigavon.

A short time later, two armed men stopped a woman driving a car on Lake Street in Lurgan and told her they had strapped a bomb to her vehicle.

She was instructed to drive them to a nearby police station where they got out.

No device was found and police are appealing for information.
