SDLP: Stormont devolution at 'a stalemate'

The SDLP is warning that devolution is stalemated and going nowhere, as the Stormont assembly reconvenes after the summer break.

The party says the divisions between the DUP and Sinn Féin are so deep, that they are stifling any forward movement on the recession, on education and on policing and justice.
