Famous chocolate firm to be wound up
An award-winning Irish chocolate making firm that supplied top stores in both Ireland and the UK is to be wound up due to the failure to secure additional investment, the High Court heard yesterday.
Today at the High Court Mr Justice Peter Charleton appointed Neil Hughes as liquidator to Danucci Ireland Ltd, whose gourmet chocolates were sold at store including Donnybrook Fair, Mortons of Ranelagh in Dublin as well as by Harrod's and John Lewis in the UK.
