10th anniversary of Raonaid Murray murder

It has been 10 years since Dublin teenager Raonaid Murray was stabbed to death near her home and gardai are today renewing their appeal for information.

It has been 10 years since Dublin teenager Raonaid Murray was stabbed to death near her home and gardaí are today renewing their appeal for information.

The murder remains unsolved.

Just before 11.30pm on Friday night of September 3, 1999 Raonaid Murray was seen leaving a pub in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

An hour later her body was found near her Glenageary home.

She had been stabbed repeatedly.

Raonaid's parents Jim and Deirdre Murray are also this week renewing their appeal for information and have set up a website www.raonaid.com.
