High Court to hear Carroll’s fresh bid for examinership

The High Court will hear a fresh bid today by lawyers representing troubled developer Liam Carroll for companies he controls to be placed into examinership.

The property group Zoe, which owes various financial institutions more than €1bn has said it will collapse if it is not granted court protection.
