Economists urge Government to reconsider Nama plan

Forty-six economists have come together to urge the Government to reconsider its plan to establish the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).

The academics have all signed a letter in this morning's Irish Times newspaper expressing major concern that the State may pay too much for bad loans currently held by the banks.
