15,000 state pensioners receiving over-payments

A study by the Department of Social and Family Affairs has reportedly found that up to 15,000 older people are receiving higher pension payments than they are entitled to.

Reports this morning say the audit has found that around 15% of state pension claimants are being paid too much.
