Taoiseach Brian Cowen has said Irish taxpayers will be exposed to an even greater risk if the Government does not establish the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).

Mr Cowen was speaking to reporters in Dublin this morning following yesterday's publication of the draft legislation enabling the establishment of the agency.
