Lenihan insists Nama will pursue defaulters

Finance Minister Brian Lenihan has insisted that the new National Asset Management Agency (Nama) is not a bailout for property developers and has promised that anyone defaulting on their loans will be pursued.

Mr Lenihan published draft legislation to set up the controversial agency yesterday evening.
