Minister launches consultation on next CAP review

Agriculture Minister Brendan Smith has launched a public consultation process on the EU's Common Agricultural Policy post-2013.

Funding arrangements under the CAP are fixed for the next four years, but Mr Smith says deliberations on the next review should commence sooner rather than later.
