A 44-year-old man is to appear in court today charged with the murders of two soldiers and the attempted murder of six other people at a military base in the North.

Sappers Patrick Azimkar, 21, from Wood Green, and Mark Quinsey, 23, of Birmingham, were shot dead at Massereene Army barracks in March as they waited for a pizza delivery at the gates of the Antrim base.
