Gardaí in Cork seek help tracing missing man

Gardaí in Cork have issued an appeal for help from the public in tracing a missing man.

John O'Brien, 47, was last seen yesterday on the Western Road in Cork city, wearing a dark zip-up fleece, denim jeans and a grey polo shirt.

Mr O’Brien is 5’ 10" in height, is 20 stone in weight, wears glasses, and has short black hair, which is receding at the sides.

He may be driving a silver Hyundai Accent - registration number is 99-C-4775.

Gardaí and Mr O'Brien's family are concerned for his safety and well-being as he is on medication.
