Motorists are being advised to expect heavier than normal traffic volumes in the Tallaght area this evening, due to the soccer friendly between Shamrock Rovers and Real Madrid.

Motorists are being advised to expect heavier than normal traffic volumes in the Tallaght area this evening, due to the soccer friendly between Shamrock Rovers and Real Madrid.

A sell-out crowd of 11,000 is expected for the game, and access to Tallaght Stadium will be signposted from the main M50 and N7 routes.

Parking facilities for fans are available at the Square Shopping Centre, and spectators are also being encouraged to use the car park at the Red Cow Terminus and take the Luas to the match.

The game starts at 8pm and all tickets have been sold out. Fans are being asked to be at the stadium at least half an hour before kick-off.
