Aerospace firm to create 20 jobs

Aerospace equipment company American Pacific Corporation (AMPAC) is to create 20 highly-skilled jobs in Dublin by locating its European HQ here.

AMPAC-ISP Europe has been awarded a €7.5m, five-year production contract with French company Snecma for the provision of structural components for the Ariane 5 Space launcher.

Tánaiste Mary Coughlan said: "Ireland continues to be an attractive destination for foreign direct investment because of the consistent focus on R&D and innovation."
