Search begins for father and son missing off Cork coast

A search operation is underway off the west Cork coast today for a Polish father and son who have been missing since the weekend.

The man in his 40s and his 13-year-old son apparently failed to return after going fishing off Cod's Head on Sunday.

However, the alarm was only raised today.

Local lifeboat crews and a helicopter are taking part in the search operation.
