A fan was taken to hospital with a broken leg at Bray Wanderers’ Carlisle Grounds last night after a perimeter wall collapsed.

A fan was taken to hospital with a broken leg at Bray Wanderers’ Carlisle Grounds last night after a perimeter wall collapsed.

A game was being played between Bray Wanderers and Shamrock Rovers.

The wall surround the pitch gave way as fans celebrated Gary Twigg’s winning goal for Rovers.

The man received treatment on site from medical personnel before being stretchered away.
