Rights body sees 'many flaws' in new Justice Bill

The Irish Human Rights Commission says it has identified "many serious flaws" in the Criminal Justice Amendment Bill being brought into law by the Government.

The proposed legislation has already been severely criticised by a group of leading lawyers, the Irish Council for Civil Liberties and the Labour Party.
