The Junior Enterprise Minister Billy Kelleher admits that the Government is well aware that small and medium-sized businesses are having difficulty getting credit.

Mr Kelleher was responding to questions from Labour's Willie Penrose who said businesses are closing down because the banks are refusing to provide adequate cash flow.
