Job cuts feared at Smurfit Kappa plant in Cork

There are fears for 170 jobs at the Smurfit Kappa paper-converting plant in Cork this morning.

Workers at the Togher facility have been asked to attend an emergency meeting to discuss restructuring proposals.

The proposals have not been disclosed, but unions say they fear jobs will be lost.
