Nine arrested during protests against Corrib pipeline

Gardaí in Co Mayo have arrested nine people during ongoing protests against the controversial Corrib gas pipeline scheme.

Four of the arrests were made yesterday after a blockade of the road leading to the Shell compound in Glengad.
