Teenager arrested after major fire in Down

Police in the North have arrested a 19-year-old in connection with a fire in the North in the early hours of this morning.

The blaze broke out at Mountview Terrace, in Banbridge, Co Down, at around 1.30am.

Nine homes were damaged in the fire and 25 people, including some children, were taken to a nearby leisure centre while firefighters dealt with the situation.
