Man arrested after climbing Big Wheel in Belfast

Police in the North have arrested a 38-year-old man who climbed to the top of the Big Wheel in Belfast yesterday evening.

A number of people were trapped in the pods of the 60-metre ferris wheel while specialist firefighters mounted an operation to rescue the man.
