Funeral of Killarney teenager to take place tomorrow

The funeral of a teenager who was killed in Co. Kerry earlier this week will take place tomorrow.

The body of Stephen Lyne was found on the side of a road near his home in Killarney in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The 17-year-old had been stabbed and gardaí are treating his death as murder.

His remains will be removed to St. Mary's Cathedral in Killarney this evening at 5pm.

He will be buried at Aghadoe cemetery following requiem Mass tomorrow morning.
