Phone firms to be quizzed about anti-bullying measures

Representatives of Irish mobile phone firms are due to be questioned by TDs and Senators today about what they are doing to tackle bullying via mobile phones.

Officials from the Irish Cellular Industry Association have been called before the Oireachtas Communications Committee to discuss the situation.

They are expected to be questioned about what steps they are taking to introduce technology to address the problem.
