Three arrested in connection with Limerick murder

Gardaí in Limerick have arrested three people in connection with the murder of Jeffery Hannon in the city almost two years ago.

The body of the 19-year-old was found in an open area near his parent's home at Galtee Drive in Southill on November 22, 2007.

Two women and a man were arrested at around 8am today on the south side of the city in connection with the ongoing investigation into the case.

Four people were also arrested last week as part of the same investigation.
