Part of Mountjoy locked down after disturbance

A wing at Mountjoy Prison in Dublin has been locked down this afternoon following a disturbance at around midday.

The Prison Service says inmates refused to leave an area where an altercation was taking place between two prisoners and as a result the A-wing was locked down.
