IBEC claims pay agreements are threatening jobs

The employers' body IBEC claims thousands of jobs are at risk because of agreements on pay and conditions in a number of industries.

The organisation is holding a conference in Dublin today as part of a campaign for more "flexibility" in the Joint Labour Committee system.
