Taoiseach urges voters to go out and cast ballots

The Taoiseach, Brian Cowen, has urged citizens to use their votes in today's local, European and Dublin by-elections.

Mr Cowen cast his own vote at St Colman's National School in Mucklagh, Co Offaly, shortly after 11am.
