Five quizzed regarding drugs and cash haul

Five people were being quizzed today after the seizure of €30,000 worth of cannabis.

More than €30,000 in cash was also found by gardaí during a planned search of a house in the Ballycullen area of Rathfarnham in Dublin at 11.30pm last night.

Two men, aged 28 and 45 years, and three women, aged 25, 33, and 35 years, are being detained at Tallaght, Rathfarnham and Terenure Garda Stations.

They can be held for up to seven days under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act,
