Thieves use JCB to steal ATM in Meath

Gardaí are searching for a gang of thieves who used a JCB to steal an ATM from a restaurant in Co Meath in the early hours of this morning.

The gang used a JCB that was parked in the area to remove the ATM at Mother Hubbards in Moyvalley and transfer it to another vehicle.

The amount of money stolen is unknown.

The area has been sealed off for forensic examination.
