Minister’s thoughts with family of injured soldier

Defence Minister Willie O'Dea says his thoughts are with the family of a soldier who was seriously injured during a training exercise in Co Cork last night.

The young officer was working as a safety umpire during a night-firing exercise at Kilworth when he received blast injuries.
