Biker killed in Cavan crash

One man is dead following a collision between two motorcyclists in Co. Cavan last night.

It happened on the N87 on the Ballyconnell side of the Slieve Russel hotel shortly before 7.30pm.

A motorcyclist in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.

The scene was examined by the Garda forensic collision investigator.
