Teenager shot in leg in Belfast paramilitary attack

A 17-year-old youth has been shot in the leg during a paramilitary-style attack in Belfast.

The shooting was carried out by three men just after 10pm near a convenience store on the White Rock Road.

The attackers fled the scene in a red Ford Mondeo.

The victim is being treated in hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
