Motorcyclist dies in Co Carlow road crash

A 24-year-old motorcyclist has died following a road crash in Co Carlow yesterday afternoon.

The man's motorbike collided with a car on the old N9 near Milford at around 3pm.

The occupants of the car were treated for minor injuries at Kilkenny hospital and were later discharged.
