UNITE says partnership talks not making progress

The general secretary of the UNITE trade union says he does not believe the current social partnership talks can progress any further.

The leadership of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions is meeting in Dublin this morning to discuss whether to continue with the talks on an economic recovery programme.
