Man injured in Tyrone attack dies in hospital

A man has died following an assault in Co Tyrone at the weekend.

Connor McCusker, who was attacked in Cookstown, died from head injuries earlier today.

A man has been arrested in connection with the assault and the PSNI are investigating.

Mr McCusker was the brother of Derry senior footballer Niall McCusker.
