Funeral for Limerick stabbing victim

The family of Limerick stabbing victim Darren Bennett say they are not seeking revenge for his death.

The 18-year-old's funeral is taking place at Corpus Christi Church in Moyross today.

His parents Martin and Sandra, brothers, sisters and girlfriend Marion are among the mourners.

The family have called for an end to acts of intimidation carried out in the area since his stabbing on Wednesday morning.

A number of families have since moved out of their homes in the estate.

Mass Celebrant Fr Frank O'Dea made an appeal on behalf of Darren's parents to let him rest in peace.
