The British Army paid solemn farewell today to the two soldiers shot dead by dissident Republicans in the North in a moving preparation for their return to England for burial.

In a private service at the Army's Massereene Barracks in Antrim, outside which the soldiers were shot dead on Saturday night, family and friends joined in the regimental farewell.
