PSNI officer shot dead in Craigavon gun attack

A PSNI officer in his 40s has been shot dead by suspected dissident republicans in Co Armagh, sparking further condemnation from all of the North's political parties.

The officer, who is believed to be a married man with a young family, was gunned down while answering a call for assistance in Craigavon just before 10pm.
