A Dublin GP has been found not guilty of professional misconduct at the first-ever public inquiry into a doctor's fitness to practise.

The Medical Council found that that Dr Ross Ardyll used inappropriate and insensitive language when treating a female patient at his surgery in the IFSC in September 2007.
