Coughlan and Martin to meet Russian Deputy PM

Russia's Deputy Prime Minister is due to meet the Tánaiste and the Minister for Foreign Affairs later today.

Dmitry Kozak is heading up a Russian delegation to the Joint Economic Commission, which is being held in Dublin.
