TCD and lecturers' union told to agree new research procedures

The Labour Court has recommended that Trinity College Dublin and the lecturers union the IFUT agree new procedures on academic research.

The move follows a recommendation from the court that disciplinary action be dropped against a lecturer who had not followed the orders of his professor regarding his research plans.
