Waterford workers to continue sit-in until manufacturing resumes

The receiver, David Carson of Deloitte, yesterday confirmed KPS is purchasing certain overseas assets and businesses of the Waterford Wedgwood Group.

The development comes just four weeks after workers mounted a sit-in protest at the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre in Kilbarry.

Workers say they will not be moving until the fate of their jobs is known.
