Nature reserve dig in search for babies' graves

Police in the North were carrying out a dig at the edge of a nature reserve today after a search for unmarked babies’ graves may have uncovered further human remains.

The authorities said no discovery had yet been made, but confirmed they were investigating an anomaly which was detected during a survey of the site.
