Seven-year sentence for man who sexually assaulted teenage girl
A father of two who sexually assaulted a girl and had sex with her while she was aged between 13 and 15 years old has been given a seven-year sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court by Judge Katherine Delahunt.
Fulvio Mizzoni (aged 41) of Parkwood Grove, Old Bawn, Tallaght, pleaded guilty to six sample counts, five of sexually assaulting the then 13-year-old girl on dates between July 2004 and September 2006 and one charge of engaging in a sexual act with an underage girl on dates between August 1, 2006 and September 30, 2006.
