The Government is set to face further pressure in the Dáil today about the identity of the 10 investors who received €300m in loans from Anglo Irish Bank last year in order to buy shares in the company.

The Government is set to face further pressure in the Dáil today about the identity of the 10 investors who received €300m in loans from Anglo Irish Bank last year in order to buy shares in the company.

The investment club was apparently put together by former Anglo chairman Sean Fitzpatrick to buy a 10% stake in the bank that businessman Sean Quinn was looking to offload.
