Cowen rules out early re-run of Lisbon referendum

The Taoiseach appears to be ruling out any re-run of the Lisbon Treaty prior to the local and European Elections on the June 5.

An opinion poll in yesterday's Irish Times revealed a swing in favour of Lisbon among Irish voters.
