Dunnes Stores to seek 60 management redundancies

Dunnes Stores is to look for 60 voluntary redundancies amongst its management staff.

There had been intense speculation that two meetings — one in Cork and one in Dublin — with 200 managers from 130 stores around the country, was to inform them of possible takeover talks from British grocery giant Asda.
